AI, Data Annotation Specialist - Trilingual - TT

Position Summary: TELUS Digital is seeking an AI Data Annotation Specialist Trilingual, to assist in the development of AI technologies by analyzing, dissecting and classifying a variety of conversations/content. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our language model's performance, ensuring its effectiveness across a wide range of applications. Role Responsibilities: Read, interpret, and dissect content (examples are short blog posts, emails, brief essays, story synopses, summaries, cover letters, etc.) while adhering to factual accuracy and style guidelines for voice and creativity Fact-check and verify information to ensure the credibility and reliability of the content. Stay up-to-date with the client's updates and amendments to our internal guidelines. Participate in regular training progress reviews and provide input for continuous improvement. Skills & Competencies: Excellent linguistic and grammatical skills with an ability to adapt writing style and tone as needed. Attention to detail, analysis, and active reading skills that will allow you to identify trends and main ideas of the content you're analyzing High level of creativity and logical skills Able to work in a team environment and open to feedback in order to address areas of opportunity on the spot. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Requirements: B2 and above English level - required B2 in Italian / French or / German - required one of these additional languages Oral and written comprehension Appropriate use of language Ability to work from site Native Spanish speaker
