Bilingual Dispatcher (Uzbek and English) Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Bilingual Dispatcher fluent in Uzbekistan and English to coordinate daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure efficient communication between clients, drivers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch drivers or service personnel according to schedules and client requirements. Communicate clearly in both Uzbek and English to relay instructions, updates, and route information. Monitor ongoing operations to ensure timely service delivery and resolve any logistical issues. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, schedules, and client communications. Provide real-time support and updates to management and field teams. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently. Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch performance and service outcomes. Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Communications, or related field preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, coordination, or customer service roles. Skills & Competencies Fluency in both Uzbek and English (spoken and written) is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch management software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
