Job description
Position Objective: Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, contributing to the effective management of his agenda, priorities, business activities, and relationships with clients, executives, and other key stakeholders.
The position will also play a key role as a strategic liaison between Netcom Costa Rica and One Point 1 India, facilitating communication and coordination between both operations and supporting collaboration across the different areas of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s agenda, meetings, business travel, appointments, and executive commitments.
Coordinate client visits, external meetings, immigration procedures, and other activities related to executive management.
Serve as a liaison between Netcom Costa Rica and One Point 1 India, coordinating meetings across Finance, Operations, Commercial, IT, and other areas.
Participate in business meetings and facilitate English-Spanish / Spanish-English communication, ensuring proper understanding of business topics and technical terminology.
Coordinate meeting logistics and follow up on agreements, actions, and pending matters.
Prepare and organize presentations, documents, reports, and other materials required for executive meetings and activities.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide proactive support to facilitate the achievement of his priorities.
Requirements
Mandatory:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; advanced students may be considered.
Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. This is a critical and non-negotiable requirement.
1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar position, providing support to a CEO, CFO, General Manager, or other senior executive.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
Preferred
Experience in multinational companies or multicultural environments.
Experience coordinating meetings or activities involving teams located in different countries.
Experience facilitating communication or interpretation in corporate environments.
