Translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of related solutions and applications. Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track. Continuously refine and optimize solutions based on business feedback. 【Qualifications】 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Strong analytical, learning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients independently and perform effectively under pressure.
