We create, we write, we localize, we test, we record – and we are damn good at it. We bring creativity with heart and teeth, and our clients are face-slapping, genre-defying, and most of all NICE. We give them the very best words possible and make players worldwide skip around their consoles in pure unadulterated glee (we assume). We are looking for new team members who have a goblin inside them screaming to do things differently. What You’ll Do (Loc PM)... 🐉 Take the reins on JP/EN-source gaming projects and steer them towards success, avoiding all the usual spike traps and nonsense along the way. 🐉 Wrangle files and TMs/TBs in CAT software to ensure buttery-smooth localization flow for linguists. 🐉 Creatively direct our multilingual teams: this is not a simple “email” role. 🐉 Lead LQA test runs, squash bugs, and remove any chaos from the Redmine. 🐉 Build meaningful and long-term relationships with our linguist teams and partners alike – everybody loves a cat pic! 🐉 Ensuring that we always deliver our classic flame-grilled quality and stand for nothing less than the best. 🐉 Be a visible Dragon at events and online, help us be seen and recognized for what we do. What you bring... 👶 While a set amount of experience isn’t entirely necessary, we do have a language trial and expect you to either know what you’re doing...or be able to figure it out. (We will train you if you show potential.) 👶 Fluent Japanese / English language ability (N2/TOEIC800). Other languages e.g. Chinese/Korean, etc. are a big plus. 👶 The ability to multitask and keep things in your brain, without spilling spaghetti everywhere. 👶 A champion of weird ideas and the drive to make them happen without being spoon-fed. 👶 Not looking to simply clock-in and out.
