Game Localization Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Game Localization & LQA Specialist to join our Online Gaming Client's localization team for a high-profile, global FPS / Battle Royale game project. You will be responsible for MTPE (Machine Translation Post-Editing), in-game LQA testing, and cultural compliance for target markets. Shift & Schedule Work Mode: 2 Shifts offered, 9 am to 5 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm, Uzbekistan Time (UTC+5) Schedule: 5 days/week (including weekend rotations based on shift schedule) Job Responsibilities * Perform Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) and localized proofreading for game text, UI, and marketing copy. * Conduct in-game LQA testing on test servers to ensure correct text layout, zero truncation, and code placeholder protection. * Review content to ensure alignment with local cultural, legal, and religious guidelines. * Maintain and update translation memories, terminology databases, and style guides. Qualifications: Native-level proficiency in Uzbek or Russian, with strong professional English communication skills. Background in translation, editing, linguistics, or game localization. High attention to detail regarding grammar, punctuation, and system code placeholders (e.g., {0}, %s).
