Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Immigration Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience handling immigration and work visa applications for one or more of the following countries: Canada, USA, Mexico, or Spain . The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail , organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both candidates and clients. A licensed attorney is highly valued but not required. This is a remote position , but candidates must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM .
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review immigration documents and work visa applications with extreme accuracy.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and requirements .
Train candidates on immigration procedures and document preparation .
Communicate with clients and candidates to gather necessary information.
Schedule and coordinate embassy interviews .
Maintain organized and up-to-date case files .
Translate legal documents and immigration-related correspondence as needed.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration and work visa applications for Canada, USA, Mexico, or Spain .
Extreme attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy .
Strong knowledge of immigration procedures and legal compliance .
Experience communicating with consulates and immigration offices .
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and document management software .
A licensed attorney is highly valued but not required.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
