Role Description: This role is responsible for managing the publishing lifecycle of game titles for the North American and Latin American markets and overseeing daily operations, including managing schedules and coordinating launch plans, live operations, and content updates. The project manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and maintain the project roadmap, align publishing schedules, and facilitate communications across departments and stakeholders. Qualification: This position requires business trips and long-term assignment to Sao Paulo, Brazil. Strong bilingual communication skills, including professional fluency in Korean and English Experience in PC or online game publishing, live operations, or product management, with an understanding of game launch processes and update cycles. Ability to coordinate cross-functional work across regions and time zones, including collaboration with development, marketing, and operations teams. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail, schedule management, and reporting skills. Problem-solving skills under pressure Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in game publishing.
