Language Trainer - Tamil/Malay/ Malayalam

Job Responsibilities Conduct language training sessions (basic to business level) for employees. Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and practical speaking exercises. Monitor learner progress and provide feedback. Introduce cultural context and workplace communication practices. Support internal language-related communication when needed. Organize interactive activities such as role-plays and discussions. Ensure engaging and goal-oriented learning sessions. Prior experience in teaching, translation, interpretation, or corporate language training will be an added advantage Native speakers, expatriates, returnees, or individuals with overseas exposure are highly encouraged to apply Good understanding of the culture, communication style, and workplace language usage of the respective region Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to engage learners from diverse professional backgrounds Patience, adaptability, and passion for language teaching Experience in conducting online or in-person training sessions is preferred Capability to design practical, workplace-focused learning sessions
