Recruitment & Talent Acquisition @ Midea Job Description: During the initial phase of the Mexico factory construction, serve as a communication bridge between the Chinese and Mexican teams, participating in exchanges covering factory preparation, building construction, and personnel recruitment. During the operational phase, be responsible for coordinating production operations, production collaboration, reporting, meeting interpretation, material coordination, workshop support, and other comprehensive work between the Chinese and Mexican sides. Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for language communication between the company and local Mexican employees, suppliers, and partners, ensuring accurate information delivery. 2. Conduct Chinese-Spanish interpretation and translation work, including meetings, training sessions, documents, and other materials. 3. Assist in cross-cultural communication and promote smooth collaboration between internal departments and the Mexican team. 4. Participate in project coordination and support management in handling various language-related matters. 5. Organize and archive translated documents in a timely manner, ensuring completeness and confidentiality of materials. 6. Assist in organizing and arranging language-related training activities as needed. 7. After the preparation phase is completed, during the operational phase, be responsible for China-Mexico communication coordination, collaborating with the production department on administration, reporting, meeting interpretation, material coordination, workshop support, and other comprehensive work. Qualifications 1. Major in language-related fields preferred, with fluent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and Spanish. 2. Proficient in Chinese, English, and Spanish, with excellent interpretation and translation skills, capable of converting and communicating materials in Spanish and English. 3. Background in industrial manufacturing or related industries preferred; experience in factory construction in Mexico preferred; able to understand professional technical terminology. 4. Good communication and coordination skills with team spirit; able to adapt to a cross-cultural work environment. 5. Meticulous and responsible, with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to work under pressure. 6. Prior translation work experience preferred. Show more Show less
