Job description

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in project management, web/digital localization, or product marketing management.
Experience managing localization programs for web properties and marketing campaigns, with a focus on process re-engineering and automation.
Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of program or project managers.
Experience building or implementing AI tools, specifically using Large Language Models (LLMs), API integrations, or enterprise AI platforms to design and deploy custom agents that automate business workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in localization strategy, including internationalization best practices and emerging industry trends, specifically the application of AI in translation and content adaptation.
Experience working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams, including executive stakeholders.
Experience setting and achieving strategic goals or Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Experience with tools like Buganizer, Asana, and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise or similar AI ecosystem tools.
Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable team plans and priorities.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $126000 - $180000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities

Redesign campaign development and localization workflows to boost speed-to-market. Build custom Gemini Enterprise agents to automate intake queues, web scraping, and issue triage.
Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to manage end-to-end localization for Google Cloud web properties within quality, timeline, and capacity bounds.
Drive cross-functional efforts to elevate user experience and meet key goals, leveraging site analytics and user behavior insights to optimize performance while mitigating operational risks.
Lead cross-team alignment with stakeholders and vendors. Distribute key learnings across the organization while establishing best practices for AI adoption and workflow automation.
Oversee the Cloud localization budget and performance metrics. Mentor and lead vendor specialists to foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
