Job description

Luxury Brand is looking for a Brand Language Specialist responsible for maintaining the brand's verbal identity across all product and branding touchpoints. This role ensures consistency in labelling, product storytelling, and brand glossary. Key Responsibilities Write both technical and collection copy for product labels, hangtags, packaging, product inserts, certificates, and other product communication materials. Translate technical product features, craftsmanship, and material innovations into meaningful, client-centric narratives. Manage the brand's terminology, naming conventions, and language usage, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications. Maintain a centralized Brand Glossary , defining approved terminology, product vocabulary, messaging frameworks, and writing standards, aligned with internal copywriters and creative team. Review and edit copy produced by internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment with the brand's voice and language standards. Continuously refine the brand language by identifying opportunities to strengthen clarity, consistency, and emotional impact across product touchpoints. Skills & Qualifications Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of branding, tone of voice, and verbal identity systems. Ability to balance technical accuracy with creative, emotionally engaging communication. Experience developing language guidelines, brand terminology, and editorial standards. Excellent attention to detail and consistency. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross-functional creative and product teams. Native or fluent English. Italian as a second language preferred (additional languages are an advantage). Show more Show less
