We are looking for a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join our commercial team and help us expand across the U.S. market. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and education, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to build a career in international B2B sales within a fast-growing EdTech company. The challenge You will identify and connect with universities, colleges, educational organizations, and other potential partners across the United States. Your goal will be to start meaningful conversations, uncover new opportunities, and help build the pipeline behind one of POK’s most strategic markets. What you’ll do • Research and identify universities, colleges, and organizations with strong potential across the U.S. • Reach out to prospective clients through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels. • Start conversations, understand institutional needs, and qualify potential opportunities. • Coordinate meetings for the commercial team and support the follow-up process. • Participate in client meetings and gain hands-on experience across the complete B2B sales cycle. • Clearly communicate the value of POK’s digital credentials, certificates, diplomas, and microcredentials. • Keep prospect and opportunity information organized and up to date. What we’re looking for • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. This is essential, as you will communicate with U.S.-based institutions every day. • A university degree that is completed, in progress, or close to completion. An academic or education-related background is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A proactive attitude, curiosity, resilience, and a strong desire to learn. • Confidence using digital tools, professional networks, and online research platforms. • An interest in education, technology, innovation, and international business. • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or lead generation is valuable, but not required.
