Direct message the job poster from TWYFORD INTERNATIONAL Rory Hua Rory Hua Key Responsibilities Responsible for real-time Chinese-English bilingual translation in the factory, connecting Chinese management with Zambian local staff and local partners, ensuring smooth daily production and communication without information errors. Undertake written and oral translation for meetings, work coordination, on-site production instructions, and documents, accurately conveying work requirements, rules and regulations, and business content. Assist in handling basic daily affairs such as factory administration, personnel coordination, and external communication, and complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors. Resolve daily communication barriers between Chinese and local teams, ensure effective information transmission, adapt to the factory production schedule, and obey work arrangements. Job Requirements Native language can be either English or Chinese; fluent and standard oral Chinese, proficient in English reading and writing , with solid bilingual translation skills and no obvious communication barriers. Familiar with basic factory production and administrative communication terms; candidates with experience in overseas factory translation or bilingual office work are preferred; fresh candidates with excellent language skills will also be considered. Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, obedient to management, with good communication and teamwork skills, able to adapt to the factory working environment. Familiar with Zambian local culture and languages, with valid legal work documents, no bad employment records; candidates with strong stability and long-term working intention are preferred.
