Key Responsibilities: • Transcribe audio files into accurate written English text with proper formatting. • Edit and proofread transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and clarity. • Ensure adherence to client-specific guidelines and transcription standards. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Meet deadlines for transcription deliverables as assigned.
