International Patient Coordinator & Clinic Interpreter Native-Level English Proficiency Required Location: Mecidiyeköy, Şişli – Istanbul Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site We are looking for a highly professional International Patient Coordinator & Clinic Interpreter to join our team and support our international patients, primarily from the United States . This position requires exceptional English communication skills. Our patients communicate with our team before, during, and after their treatment, so the person joining us must be able to speak English confidently, naturally, and at a native or near-native level. Responsibilities Providing professional support to our international patients, primarily from the USA Communicating with patients fluently in English throughout their treatment journey Providing Turkish–English interpretation between patients and our medical team Welcoming and accompanying patients during their time at the clinic Explaining treatment processes clearly and professionally Coordinating communication between patients, doctors, specialists, and the clinic team Supporting patients before, during, and after their procedures Ensuring a high-quality and professional patient experience Handling patient questions and requests in a solution-oriented manner Requirements Native or near-native level English proficiency is mandatory Excellent spoken and written English Fluent Turkish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, confident, presentable, and patient-oriented personality Ability to communicate naturally with American patients and understand different accents Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic clinical environment Important: This position requires genuinely advanced English communication skills.
