Our client, a major global provider of Customer Experience and Business Process Outsourcing services is seeking an Ecommerce Project Manager . 【Location】Remote 【Working hours】9am-6pm PST 【Position】 Ecommerce Project Manager 【Compensation】$75-79K 【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time, Remote Responsibilities: Core Role: Manage multiple client e-commerce and digital marketing projects through the entire lifecycle (onboarding, planning, execution, launch, and ongoing support) within an agency environment. Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the primary client contact and lead cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers, vendors) to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to standard. Financial & Operations Management: Oversee project budgets, manage P&L, maintain contract compliance, control deliverables scope, and track project documentation. Qualifications: Bilingual Skills: Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Japanese (must be open to evening meetings with Japan). E-Commerce & Tech Expertise: 5+ years of experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central), digital marketing (Meta, Google, SEO/SEM), and web development processes. Project & Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, write detailed documentation, manage timelines independently, and lead cross-functional teams in an agency or brand environment.
