We work with trained interpreters to deliver accurate, confidential, and culturally appropriate communication between patients and providers. Role Description MITC is currently hiring Japanese–English Interpreters to support real-time communication between Korean-speaking individuals and English-speaking professionals in healthcare settings. This is a fully remote opportunity with both full-time and part-time schedules available. Responsibilities • Provide accurate interpretation between Japanese and English • Support clear and effective communication in healthcare-related interactions • Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times Qualifications • Fluency in Japanese and English ( C1 level or higher required ) • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills • Reliable internet connection and quiet, distraction-free workspace ✔ Previous interpreting experience is a plus, but not required ✔ Training will be provided for selected candidates Preferred (Not Mandatory) Candidates with the following will have a strong advantage: • Experience in customer service, call center, or communication-based roles • Familiarity with remote work or online communication tools • Basic knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare environments Employment Type & Compensation • Remote position • Competitive pay per minute • Flexible scheduling options available Show more Show less
