Linguist — Arabic & Spanish (Localization & CX) | Healix Scrubs Location: South Delhi | Type: Full-time | CTC: ₹4.5–8 LPA (by languages and experience) Openings: 1–2 — professional fluency in Arabic or Spanish required; both is a major advantage About Healix Scrubs Healix Scrubs (healixscrubs.com) is a premium medical apparel brand built for nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals. We design performance scrubs on our proprietary Aeroluxe™ fabric and sell them direct-to-consumer in the US, UK, Canada, and the GCC through Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop, fulfilled from our California warehouse. The brand is operated by AA Brands Inc. (US) with our team based in South Delhi. One year in and scaling fast, we're now hiring our first full team. Everyone who joins owns their function end to end. What You'll Do Localize our storefront end to end — product pages, size guides, checkout, email/SMS flows — into Arabic (GCC) and/or Spanish (US market) Own cultural adaptation, not just translation: GCC sizing and modesty framing, Gulf vs MSA register, US-Hispanic healthcare audience tone QA Arabic RTL layouts on Shopify and fix what breaks Write and adapt ad copy, hooks, captions, and subtitles for Meta/TikTok campaigns targeting GCC and US Spanish-speaking audiences Handle Arabic/Spanish customer tickets and social DMs in Gorgias; translate and maintain macros and help-center articles in your language(s) Train and QA our AI support agent's responses in Arabic/Spanish Post-edit AI-generated translations to native quality — machines draft, you own the final word Localize seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, regional holidays) with the social team What We Need Professional/native fluency in Arabic (MSA, with Gulf dialect awareness) or Spanish (Latin American/US), plus excellent English Degree in the language, translation studies, or equivalent professional experience 1–3 years in translation, localization, or bilingual content/support roles Sharp writer in your language — marketing copy, not just literal translation Comfortable working inside tools: Shopify, helpdesks, spreadsheets Bonus Points Fluent in both Arabic and Spanish Ecommerce or D2C localization experience; CAT tool familiarity Experience with GCC or US-Hispanic consumer audiences Super bonus: daily hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools — we work AI-first, and every role here builds with AI, not around it Apply Send your CV to info@healixscrubs.com with subject "Linguist — [Arabic / Spanish / Both] — [Your Name]".
