About the role We're looking for a dynamic and detail-driven project manager to join our team for a 13 month fixed term contract in Alexandria! This role reports to our Head of Global GTM Operations and is all about bringing global product launches to life as the global lead for market translations and trademark management. You'll be the driving force behind the execution of creative assets-think video, social, digital, POS, and packaging-while working closely with teams across product, marketing, design, legal, and more. From coordinating assets for international rollouts to localizing marketing campaigns, managing budgets and trademarks, and keeping projects on track, you'll play a key role in making sure our launches are seamless and impactful. If you love fast-paced environments, cross-functional collaboration, and seeing the direct impact of your work on a global scale, this is the role for you! This is a 13 month max term contract. Key responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end global localization and regionalization projects, partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Marketing, Digital, Operations, PR, Legal, and Compliance. Manage translation vendors, project timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Drive process improvements by implementing AI-enabled workflows, optimizing Translation-as-a-Service (TaaS), translation memories, glossaries, and localization tools in line with brand guidelines. Collaborate with internal reviewers and technical teams to maintain quality standards, improve localization processes, and ensure scalable, cost-effective operations. Oversee project governance by managing budgets, invoices, scope, risks, documentation, and reporting through Jira and Confluence. Capture and document project learnings, templates, and deliverables to support continuous improvement and future reuse. Manage the BRG Group global trademark portfolio in partnership with internal Legal, external trademark counsel, and key business stakeholders. Coordinate and liaise with external counsel and the internal legal team on all trademark matters, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective execution of filings, prosecution, and enforcement actions. Support broader Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations initiatives and champion BRG Group's brand values, strategy, and governance. We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with 3-5 years of project/program management experience. Strong background in brand integrity, agency management, and project execution. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects across teams, markets, and budgets. Experience in fast-paced, global environments with cross-functional collaboration. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and financial tracking skills.
