Localization Project Manager (PMO)

What you'll do Coordinate and execute day-to-day translation projects, promptly identify and resolve online translation issues, and take ownership of task assignment, resource allocation, progress tracking, and delivery acceptance. Maintain and manage core translation assets, including terminology databases and style guides. Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and other cross-functional teams; be familiar with product release processes to ensure localization timelines align with product launch schedules. Utilize data analysis tools (e.g. Excel pivot tables) to support decision-making with data-driven insights. Support daily departmental operations and team management by optimizing workflows and improving delivery efficiency. Respond promptly to urgent or ad-hoc requests, coordinate expedited tasks, and ensure smooth team collaboration. What you'll need Minimum of 2 years’ experience in translation or localization project management; experience in Web3 or the translation/localization industry is a plus; experience in AI tool development or application is a strong advantage. Native Chinese speaker with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to communicate effectively with overseas stakeholders; background in localization, project management, or related fields is preferred. Solid foundational technical understanding, familiarity with cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of software development and release workflows. Proficient in office and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel pivot tables) with basic data analysis capabilities; familiar with CAT tools such as Phrase. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure; detail-oriented, thorough, responsible, and results-driven. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to drive cross-department collaboration and resource alignment.
