|| Japanese & Korean Language Expert || Position Title Japanese & Korean Language Specialist / Translator / Analyst Experience 1-8 years (flexible based on requirement) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese and Korean language expert to support business communication, translation, and localization activities. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, global clients, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate communication. Key Responsibilities Translation & Interpretation Translate documents, emails, reports, and presentations between Japanese, Korean, and English Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, client calls, and workshops Business Communication Support Act as a bridge between international clients and internal teams Draft, review, and localize business communications Localization & Cultural Adaptation Adapt content for cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy Ensure consistency in terminology across documents and projects Client & Stakeholder Coordination Support engagement with Japanese and Korean clients/vendors Manage communication for projects involving international stakeholders Documentation & Reporting Prepare bilingual/multilingual reports, SOPs, and knowledge documents Maintain translation glossaries and style guides Quality Assurance Proofread and review translated content to ensure high accuracy and clarity Ensure compliance with organizational and client standards Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in: Japanese Korean Strong command of English (written and verbal) Strong understanding of: Business communication and professional terminology Cultural nuances of Japan and Korea Excellent: Communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Experience is travel and expense is a must Key Competencies Cross-cultural communication Stakeholder management Analytical thinking Multitasking and time management Problem-solving with attention to detail Show more Show less
