About VQ Flow VQ Flow is an enterprise-grade data labeling and synthetic data platform built by Veliqo Lab. Our 3-stage validation pipeline — Annotation, QA, and Gold-Standard verification — produces the high-fidelity ground truth that AI and ML teams need to ship production models. About the role We are hiring Data Labeling Reviewers to join VQ Flow's annotation workforce. You will label and validate training data that powers production AI models for our customers. Key responsibilities • Label and annotate data as instructed. • Review work for accuracy and quality. • Identify and correct errors. • Meet productivity and quality targets. • Maintain strict data confidentiality. Requirements • Must be located in Zimbabwe. • Minimum 5 O'Level passes, including Mathematics and English. • Basic computer literacy. • Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
