Job Summary: We are seeking passionate and experienced Japanese Language Instructors to teach and guide students in Japanese language proficiency, cultural understanding, and preparation for working in Japan. The role involves delivering structured lessons, mentoring students, and collaborating with native Japanese instructors to ensure high-quality training. Key Responsibilities: Teach Japanese language to students (minimum N4/N5 level) Conduct SSW Skill Test preparation courses, particularly in Aviation and Construction. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments Guide students in understanding Japanese work culture and the SSW system Collaborate with native Japanese instructors for joint training sessions Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Assist students in preparing for careers in sectors such as Aviation, Caregiving, Construction, and Building Cleaning Qualifications & Skills: JLPT N3/N2 certified with proven teaching experience Minimum teaching experience at N4/N5 level Candidates who have passed an SSW Aviation or Construction Skill Test will get preference.
