Role Description This is a 100% remote, contract role for Spanish Medical/Legal Interpreters with a minimum of one month of professional interpreting experience. The interpreter will facilitate real-time communication between Spanish-speaking individuals and English-speaking medical and legal professionals, ensuring accurate, culturally sensitive, and confidential exchange of information. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting during medical appointments, legal consultations, hearings, and related proceedings; clarifying terminology when needed; and maintaining impartiality and professionalism. The role also involves preparing for assignments by reviewing relevant documentation, following established protocols and confidentiality standards, and using remote communication tools to support clients and partners efficiently. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine, including general medical terminology and clinical concepts relevant to patient care. Candidates should possess strong Medical Interpretation and Interpreting skills with at least 1 month of professional experience. Candidates should possess accurate Translation skills for Spanish and English in medical or clinical settings.
