Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal Location: Remote (Colombia, Honduras, Mexico) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CT Job Description We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal with 5+ years of experience handling motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases. The ideal candidate will support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of personal injury claims, maintain communication with Spanish-speaking clients, and assist in case development, documentation, and settlement preparation. Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation support. Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication in both English and Spanish. Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documentation. Draft correspondence, demand packages, and legal documents. Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in claims. Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate case files. Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and settlement negotiations. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, with a strong focus on motor vehicle accident cases. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
